Menu names checked Nov 3, 2026. If Homebase 360 has moved something, ask their support for a CSV; it's your data.
Step 2
Nothing is thrown away: anything Fieldset has no field for goes in the customer's notes.
Step 3
In Fieldset, go to Settings → Import & export → Customers, and choose Coming from: Homebase 360.
Fieldset matches the columns it recognizes; you pick the rest.
Customers already in Fieldset are matched by phone, email, or name and address, and only get missing details added. Then import jobs, quotes and invoices from the same screen.
