Why crews switch
Every Workiz plan says "Request pricing". PricingSaaS, which tracks pricing pages, logged Workiz removing the last dollar figures from its page in August 2026. Fieldset's prices are on our pricing page and don't change with your crew size.
Fieldset Pro is $199 for up to 10 people and Scale is $399 for any size crew. Workiz doesn't list user limits; PricingSaaS recorded extra team members at $55 to $65 a month before Workiz took those figures down.
Quote and invoice follow-ups, recurring jobs and recurring service plans are on Fieldset's $99 Starter plan. Workiz lists service plans on Ultimate, its top plan.

Workiz doesn't publish its prices. As of October 25, 2026, every plan on its pricing page (Standard, Pro and Ultimate) shows "Request pricing", and Genius Phone, Genius Answering and Genius Marketing are sold separately. Fieldset is $99, $199 or $399 a month, listed on our pricing page.
Two-way texting is part of Genius Phone, which Workiz sells as an add-on. Fieldset's two-way texting is coming soon; until then, reminders and follow-ups go out by email.
Not yet. Workiz lists a QuickBooks integration on every plan. Fieldset exports your customers and invoices as files you can import into QuickBooks Online, but it doesn't sync automatically.
