01Connect

Two minutes, no code

Add Fieldset as a custom connector and sign in with your normal Fieldset login. The same steps are in the app under Settings → API & AI.

Claude

  1. 1In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and press Add custom connector.
  2. 2Name it Fieldset, paste https://app.fieldsetapp.com/mcp and press Add.
  3. 3Press Connect, sign in with your Fieldset login and press Allow.

ChatGPT

  1. 1In ChatGPT on the web (Plus, Pro or Business), open Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode.
  2. 2On the Apps page, press Create app. Name it Fieldset, paste https://app.fieldsetapp.com/mcp and pick OAuth.
  3. 3Press Create, sign in with your Fieldset login and press Allow.

Look up customers

Find a customer by name, phone or address and see their history.

See and change the schedule

Ask what's on a crew's day, then reschedule, reassign or cancel a job.

Book jobs

Add a new customer and put their job on the calendar in one sentence.

Draft estimates

Estimates are saved as drafts. You review and send them from Fieldset.

Make invoices

Make the invoice for a job and get its pay link. It isn't sent until you send it.

See the team and price book

Who's on the crew and what you charge for each service.

03Stays in your hands

What it can't do

Money, messages and deletes stay with you in Fieldset.

It never

  • Charge a card or take a payment
  • Mark a job or invoice paid
  • Send texts to your customers
  • Delete anything

You choose

  • Read-only access, so it can look but not change anything
  • No prices, so it never sees estimates, invoices or what you charge
  • Disconnect any time from Settings → API & AI

REST API

The same actions over plain HTTPS for your own tools, scripts or Zapier.

Base URL: https://app.fieldsetapp.com/api/v1

Make a key in Settings → API & AI and send it as Authorization: Bearer fsk_…. Keys can be read-only or hide prices, the same as the connector.

Dates and times are in your business's time zone. The limit is 120 requests a minute per key.
