Can I export my customers from Flyra?

Not with a button. Flyra's terms say to email info@flyra.io for your data. Copy the email on this page, send it, and import the CSV they send back into Fieldset.

What if Flyra sends the file in a different format?

Fieldset matches the columns it recognizes and lets you pick the rest before anything is saved. If it looks off, send the file to us and we'll import it for you.

Will my customers get texts or emails when I import?

No. Imported customers and jobs don't trigger booking confirmations, review requests or thank-you messages.

Can you do the migration for me?

Yes, free. Forward Flyra's export to support@fieldsetapp.com and we'll import it the same business day.

Have a Flyra admin login?

Flyra admins can create an API key under Developer. If you'd rather not wait on an export, make a key, send it to us on a call, and we'll copy your customers, services and jobs straight from Flyra. We use the key once and don't keep it; delete it in Flyra afterwards.

Menu names checked Nov 3, 2026. If Flyra has moved something, ask their support for a CSV; it's your data.

What each Flyra field becomes

Nothing is thrown away: anything Fieldset has no field for goes in the customer's notes.

Pick Flyra
In Fieldset, go to Settings → Import & export → Customers, and choose Coming from: Flyra.

Choose the file Flyra sent
Fieldset reads Flyra's column names and joins the address parts for you.

Check and import
Change any column you like. Customers already in Fieldset are matched by phone, email, or name and address, and only get missing details added.
