# Fieldset CRM

> Fieldset is field service software and a CRM for home service crews: scheduling, crew dispatch, estimates, invoicing, card payments, customer records and a door-knocking map in one app. It was built by the owner of a window cleaning business and is aimed at window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, water filtration, landscaping, roofing and other exterior service crews. It runs on phone, tablet or desktop. Pricing is flat per plan with no per-user fees.

## Pricing

All plans are month to month with no contract and no setup fee, and start with a 14-day free trial that needs no credit card. Annual billing saves 20%.

- Starter: $99/month, 1 user. Scheduling and dispatch, recurring jobs, recurring service plans, customer records (CRM), invoicing and estimates, automatic quote and invoice follow-ups, online payments through Stripe, door-knocking map, website request form with lead alerts, AI assistant.
- Pro: $199/month, up to 10 users. Everything in Starter plus sales pipeline, route planning, job photos and checklists, satellite measuring tool, automatic appointment reminders and win-backs, automatic review requests, reports and revenue by rep, payroll tracking, equipment and inventory, ad source on every lead (UTMs, click IDs), webhooks for Zapier, Make and other tools, and a connector for Claude and ChatGPT (MCP) plus a REST API.
- Scale: $399/month, unlimited users. Everything in Pro plus bulk text and email campaigns, business coaching and priority support. An AI website builder is coming soon.

Two-way texting is coming soon (per-business carrier registration is being built); until then reminders and follow-ups go out by email.

Card payments go through the business's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rate; Fieldset adds no fee on top.

- Week schedule by crew, with paid and owed jobs color-coded and rain chances on each day
- Crew dispatch: each crew member opens the app and sees their jobs, addresses and notes
- Estimates with optional add-ons customers pick themselves, approved online with a deposit
- Invoices sent when the job is marked done; customers pay by card from a link
- Door-knocking map: pin each house on a satellite map, record the result, track doors and sales by rep
- Satellite measuring for square footage of driveways, roofs, lawns and siding (Pro)
- Route planning that puts each day's jobs in driving order (Pro)
- Recurring jobs and service plans that schedule the next visit and remind the customer
- Crew pay worked out from hours and commission (Pro)
- Customer import from spreadsheet exports of Jobber, Housecall Pro and other tools
- Works with Claude and ChatGPT: an MCP connector lets an AI assistant look up customers, see and change the schedule, book jobs, draft estimates and make invoices (Pro). - Works with Zapier (Pro): triggers for new leads, new customers, new jobs, online bookings, approved estimates and paid jobs; actions to add or update customers, schedule or update jobs, draft estimates and make invoice links; and a find-or-add customer search.
